More than 30 years ago, P. Bergstein Sr. started distributing Tampoprint in the Benelux. This German company is still renowned as a solid, reliable, and high quality partner. At that time, pad printing of products was still in its infancy but many small and large companies wanted a logo or some other distinctive marking pad-printed on their products because applying stickers was more expensive and not as attractive. The first customers soon turned up and the demand for pad printing machines and accessories kept increasing.

Not only did they manufacture standard machines but also tailor-made automation solutions. Apart from supplying machines, Bergstein also provided any related accessories, such as coats, printing inks, and accessories (pads, clichés, screens, squeegees, etc.)

Apart from pad printing and screen-printing, Bergstein expanded away from its core business. For instance, they extended their product range with Tampoprint laser gravure machines. These laser units are used not only for industrial purposes but also to enhance presents given to business acquaintances.

A more recent expansion of the product range involves digital printing technologies. Using the BE 1000 UV , which was developed by Bergstein themselves, it is possible to print on many different products up to a height of 500 mm.
