Coates 2-component pad printing inks
| TP 218-NT* | : |
For cellulose acetate, duroplastics, polyamide, polyester, polyacetal (post-treated), pre-treated polyethylene and polypropylene, metals and coated surfaces (also for 2-component systems and powder-coated surfaces).
TP 218-NT inks are quick drying, glossy and opaque. They show high mechanical resistance and resistance against many organic solvents, chemicals, diluted alkalines and acids, oils and grease. |
| TP 218/GL-NT* | : |
For glass, duroplastics, ceramics, metals including chromium and nickel-plated, gilded or rhodium coated surfaces.
Pad printing inks TP 218-GL-NT can be air-dried or oven-cured. They result in a semi-gloss finish of good opacity. TP 218-GL-NT inks show high mechanical resistance and resistance to many organic solvents, chemicals, thinned alkalines and acids, oils and grease. Excellent water resistance is achieved with hardener TP 219/GL and air drying. Resistance to various solvents, however, is limited. Resistance to water and chemicals can be improved considerably with the use of hardener TP 219/03-GL. TP 219/03-GL air dries or cures by heat application within 20 minutes at 140°C. Using hardener TP 219/02-GL and oven-curing at 140°C for 20 minutes. |
| TP 260-NT* | : |
For duroplastics, glass, coated surfaces, metals and non-ferric metals, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyester, polymethacrylate, polyurethane and rigid PVC.
TP 260-NT inks are quick drying, glossy pad printing inks. They show resistance to many organic solvents, chemicals, diluted alkalines and acids. Resistance to mechanic abrasion is very good. |
| TP 307-NT* | : |
For printing onto pre-treated polyolefines such as polyethylene and polypropylene, thermoplastics (ABS, acrylics), metals, duroplastics and epoxy resins.
2-component pad printing inks TP 307-NT are glossy, show good opacity and high chemical and outdoor resistance. |
